إتمام عملية الدفع يُعدّ إقراراً صريحاً بالموافقة التامة على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة أدناه، ولا يُقبل الادعاء بعدم العلم بها.
أولاً: سياسة الحجز والدفع
يتم تأكيد الحجز فقط بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل عبر القناة الرسمية للاستوديو.
بيانات الحجز (الاسم، رقم الجوال، التاريخ، الوقت) يجب أن تكون صحيحة ودقيقة؛ أي بيانات مغلوطة تُفضي إلى إلغاء الحجز دون استرداد.
يحق للاستوديو رفض أي حجز دون إبداء الأسباب.
ثانياً: الإلغاء والتعديل
يُسمح بإلغاء الحجز واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً في حال الإبلاغ قبل الموعد بـ 72 ساعة على الأقل.
الإلغاء في أقل من 72 ساعة يُفقد المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً.
يُسمح بتعديل موعد الحجز مرة واحدة فقط، شريطة الإبلاغ قبل الموعد بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل.
التعديل المطلوب في أقل من 48 ساعة لا يُقبل ويُعدّ إلغاءً.
في حال عدم الحضور، يُعتبر الحجز مُستهلكاً ولا يُعوَّض بأي صورة.
الموعد الجديد عند التعديل يخضع لتوافر جدول الاستوديو.
ثالثاً: الالتزام بالوقت والتأخير
يلتزم المستأجر بالدخول والخروج في الوقت المحدد تماماً.
يُحتسب وقت الحجز من الموعد المتفق عليه بصرف النظر عن وقت الوصول الفعلي؛ التأخر في الوصول لا يُمدّد وقت الحجز.
في حال تجاوز وقت الخروج، تُفرض رسوم إضافية قدرها 250 ريال سعودي عن كل ساعة إضافية أو جزء منها.
يبدأ احتساب الوقت الإضافي بعد مرور 10 دقائق من الموعد المحدد للخروج.
في حال استمر التأخير واقتحم وقت حجز مستأجر آخر، يتحمل المستأجر المتأخر قيمة الحجز الآخر كاملاً بالإضافة إلى رسوم التأخير المستحقة.
استمرار التأخير يمنح الاستوديو الحق في طلب المغادرة الفورية.
رابعاً: المحظورات الصارمة
التدخين بجميع أشكاله (سجائر، شيشة، فيب) ممنوع منعاً باتاً - يؤدي إلى الطرد الفوري.
يُمنع إشعال البخور أو الشموع أو أي مواد حارقة داخل الاستوديو.
يُمنع استخدام الألوان أو البخاخات أو المواد اللاصقة أو الكونفيتي - غرامة 2,000 ريال سعودي.
يُمنع استخدام المفرقعات أو الألعاب النارية أو مولّدات الدخان - غرامة 2,000 ريال سعودي.
يُمنع إحضار الحيوانات الأليفة داخل الاستوديو.
يُمنع الإفراط في الضوضاء أو تشغيل الموسيقى بصوت مرتفع.
يُمنع إدخال أشخاص غير مصرح بهم أو تجاوز العدد المتفق عليه في الحجز.
يُمنع استخدام الاستوديو لأي أنشطة مخالفة للأنظمة أو الآداب العامة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
خامساً: الخلفية البيضاء، الأرضية، والديكورات
يُحظر تماماً وضع أي شيء على الخلفية البيضاء قد يتسبب في خدوشها أو تلطيخها (أحذية، معدات حادة، مواد غذائية أو مشروبات).
يُمنع دحرجة العربات أو الأدوات ذات العجلات على الخلفية مباشرة.
في حال ظهور أي خدوش أو بقع أو أضرار على الخلفية البيضاء، يتحمل المستأجر غرامة قدرها 850 ريال سعودي بالإضافة إلى تكلفة الإصلاح أو الاستبدال الكامل.
يُمنع سحب الحوامل أو أي معدات على الأرضية - يجب رفعها عند التنقل.
يُلزم المستأجر بلف الحوامل والترايبود بأغطيتها الواقية قبل وضعها على الخلفية أو الأرضية.
في حال رغب المستأجر في تركيب ديكورات داخل الاستوديو، يجب التنسيق مع الاستوديو مسبقاً والحصول على موافقة خطية قبل التنفيذ.
أي ضرر يقع على الخلفية أو الاستوديو بشكل عام جراء بناء أو تركيب الديكورات، تُقدَّر تكلفة الإصلاح بـ 1,500 ريال سعودي كحد أدنى، وقد تزيد بحسب حجم الضرر الفعلي.
يتحمل المستأجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي تلف أو كسر أو فقدان للمعدات خلال مدة الحجز بغض النظر عن الفاعل.
في حال الإتلاف، تُحدَّد قيمة الإصلاح أو الاستبدال بناءً على حجم الضرر وقد تصل إلى 30,000 ريال سعودي، ويلتزم المستأجر بسدادها كاملة.
أي محاولة لسرقة أو استبدال معدات الاستوديو جريمة جنائية يُبلَّغ عنها للجهات الأمنية فوراً.
يُمنع نقل أي معدات خارج حدود الاستوديو.
سابعاً: النظافة وترتيب المساحة
يلتزم المستأجر بتسليم المساحة بالحالة ذاتها التي استلمها عليها.
يجب رمي جميع النفايات في الأماكن المخصصة لها.
تنظيف أي سكب أو اتساخ يقع خلال الجلسة مسؤولية المستأجر الفورية.
ترتيب الإضاءة والديكورات بعد الانتهاء مطلوب قبل المغادرة.
ترك المكان في حالة فوضى يستوجب غرامة نظافة يحددها الاستوديو.
ثامناً: السلامة والإشراف
إحضار الأطفال داخل الاستوديو يستوجب إشرافاً مباشراً ومستمراً من ولي الأمر.
يتحمل المستأجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة جميع الحاضرين معه.
في حال وقوع أي حادث، يُبلَّغ فريق الاستوديو فوراً.
يُمنع تسلّق أي تجهيزات أو مرتفعات بطريقة غير آمنة.
تاسعاً: أعطال الاستوديو
في حال حدوث عطل من طرف الاستوديو يؤثر جوهرياً على الجلسة، يتم التعويض بساعات مجانية تُستخدم خلال 30 يوماً.
لا يُعوَّض عن التأخيرات الطفيفة الناجمة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادة الاستوديو.
عاشراً: القانون المطبّق والمساءلة القانونية
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.
أي نزاع يُحال إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المستأجر يُقرّ بأن هذه الشروط عقد مُلزم وأنه اطّلع عليها بالكامل قبل الحجز.
الاستوديو يحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق، وتسري على الحجوزات الجديدة.

Studio Rental Terms & Conditions
Payment completion constitutes full and explicit acceptance of all Terms & Conditions below. No claim of ignorance will be accepted after booking.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through the Studio's official channel.
Booking details (name, phone number, date, and time) must be accurate. Incorrect information may result in cancellation without a refund.
The Studio reserves the right to decline any booking without stating a reason.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the booking time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking forfeit the full amount paid.
Rescheduling is permitted once only, provided the Studio is notified at least 48 hours before the original booking time.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will not be accepted and are treated as cancellations.
No-shows are treated as completed bookings; no compensation or rescheduling will be offered.
New time slots for rescheduled bookings are subject to Studio availability.
3. Time Compliance & Overtime
The Renter must enter and vacate the Studio strictly at the agreed times.
Session time begins at the booked start time regardless of actual arrival; late arrival does not extend the session.
Exceeding the booked end time incurs an overtime charge of SAR 250 per hour or part thereof.
Overtime is calculated starting 10 minutes after the scheduled end time.
Should the overstay extend into another client's booked session, the overrunning Renter shall bear the full cost of that booking in addition to all applicable overtime charges.
Continued overstay entitles the Studio to request immediate evacuation.
4. Strictly Prohibited Actions
Smoking in any form (cigarettes, shisha, vaping) is strictly prohibited - results in immediate expulsion.
Burning incense, candles, or any open-flame materials inside the Studio is prohibited.
Use of paints, spray cans, adhesives, confetti, or soap bubbles is prohibited - fine of SAR 2,000.
Use of firecrackers, fireworks, or smoke machines is prohibited - fine of SAR 2,000.
Bringing pets inside the Studio is prohibited.
Excessive noise or loud music that disturbs neighbors is prohibited.
Bringing unauthorized persons or exceeding the agreed headcount is prohibited.
Using the Studio for any activity that violates Saudi law or public decency is strictly prohibited.
5. White Backdrop, Flooring & Set Design
Placing any item on the white backdrop that may cause scratches or stains (shoes, sharp equipment, food, or beverages) is strictly prohibited.
Rolling carts or wheeled equipment directly onto the backdrop surface is prohibited.
Any scratches, stains, or damage to the white backdrop will result in a fine of SAR 850 plus the full cost of repair or replacement.
Dragging stands or equipment across the floor is prohibited - they must be lifted when moved.
Stands and tripods must be fitted with their protective covers/feet before being placed on the backdrop or flooring.
Should the Renter wish to install or build any set decorations inside the Studio, prior coordination and written approval from the Studio is required before setup begins.
Any damage caused to the backdrop or the Studio in general as a result of set construction or decoration installation will be assessed at a minimum repair cost of SAR 1,500, which may increase depending on the actual extent of damage.
6. Equipment & Property
The Renter receives equipment in its documented condition per the handover checklist and must sign acknowledgment.
The Renter bears full responsibility for any damage, breakage, or loss of equipment during the booking, regardless of who caused it.
In the event of damage, repair or replacement costs are determined based on the extent of damage and may reach SAR 30,000; the Renter is obligated to pay the full amount.
Any attempt to steal or substitute Studio equipment is a criminal offense and will be reported to Saudi law enforcement immediately.
Moving any equipment outside the Studio premises is prohibited.
7. Cleanliness & Space Care
The Renter must return the space in the same condition as received.
All waste must be disposed of in designated bins.
Immediate cleanup of any spills or mess during the session is the Renter's responsibility.
Lighting and décor must be returned to their original arrangement before departure.
Leaving the space in disorder will incur a cleaning penalty determined by the Studio.
8. Safety & Supervision
Children inside the Studio must be under direct and continuous adult supervision at all times.
The Renter bears full responsibility for the safety of all persons present during the booking.
Any accident or incident must be reported to Studio staff immediately.
Climbing on fixtures or elevated structures in an unsafe manner is prohibited.
9. Studio-Side Faults
Should a fault on the Studio's part materially affect a session, compensation will be provided as complimentary hours to be used within 30 days.
Minor delays caused by circumstances beyond the Studio's control will not be compensated.
10. Governing Law & Legal Liability
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Renter acknowledges these Terms constitute a binding contract and confirms having read and understood them in full prior to booking.
The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice; updated Terms apply to new bookings.
